How do I receive my login details?

Solution When joining MG you can choose your own unique username and password prior to signing up.

Once you have joined the Membership Gateway you will receive your login details via the email address that you provided.

Please Note: Due to the severe restrictions on email usage these days, if you have not received your login details within 60 minutes please submit a ticket, we will reply as soon as we possibly can.

Also on some occasions the automated email containing the login details can be regarded as spam or junk, so please check your spam or junk email before submitting a ticket.
